Les Stumpf Ford is offering two forms of help to anyone affected by the storm.

Free shuttle service. If you cannot get to a doctor's appointment or pick up essential prescriptions, call and ask for Shuttle Service. Transportation is provided within the Fox Valley for essential medical needs.

Donation drop-off and pick-up. Stop by during business hours to donate, or to pick up supplies if you need them. They are collecting and distributing:

Bottled water
Cleaning supplies and disinfecting wipes
Work gloves
Contractor trash bags
Paper towels and toilet paper
Flashlights and batteries
Diapers and baby wipes
Non-perishable food
Gift cards (grocery, gas and home improvement)

You can apply online, for either location, using their Financial Assistance Request Form — and the form exists in Spanish (Formulario de Solicitud de Ayuda Financiera).

St Vincent de Paul's national disaster arm runs a programme called House in a Box — furniture, bedding and some appliances, packed as a kit and shipped to a household's new home. US 10 / State 441 closures — gas leaks from overturned semis

Closed both directions from I-41 to Oneida Street after multiple semis were blown over. Expect major delays.

Multiple semi trucks were knocked over in the storm, causing gas leaks. US 10 / State 441 is closed in both directions in Outagamie and Winnebago counties, from I-41 to Oneida Street.

Also closed: State 47 from State 114 to US 10/441, and State 114 from I-41 to Oneida Street.

Alternate routes:

Southbound State 441 is open only as far as Oneida Street. To continue south, take I-41 toward Oshkosh
On I-41 in Winnebago County you cannot access northbound State 441 or eastbound US 10 — continue north or south on I-41
For eastbound US 10, divert at I-41 north or south

State 441 remains open from Oneida Street to the north junction of I-41. Closures were expected to last through the evening rush and possibly longer — verify current status on 511 before traveling.

Local street closures — Appleton, Grand Chute, Neenah

Many local streets are blocked by trees, lines and debris. Signals are dark — treat those as four-way stops.

Grand Chute — the southern portion was heavily impacted. Significantly affected roads include South Bluemound Drive, West Prospect Avenue, West Spencer Street, West Lawrence Street and South Lynndale Drive, along with many surrounding roadways.

Appleton — Prospect Avenue from South Bluemound Drive to Mason Street was closed. South of College Avenue, South Lynndale Drive to West Spencer Street was also shut.

Neenah — streets across the northeast section are blocked by trees and downed utility lines. Public works has been clearing with all available equipment, including snowplows.

While driving:

Treat every intersection with a dark signal as a four-way stop
Never drive over a downed power line
Avoid unnecessary travel in impacted areas — emergency vehicles need the room
Be patient with crews
